BCI Group has inaugurated its latest manufacturing plant in Riyadh’s Second Industrial City, marking a major milestone in its expansion strategy. This cutting-edge facility reinforces BCI’s commitment to industrial development, sustainability, and innovation, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. To commemorate the opening, a high-profile gala dinner was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, attended by HE Eng. Khalil Ibrahim bin Salamah, key industry leaders, and BCI’s valued partners. The celebrations continued with an exclusive tour of the new plant, showcasing its advanced technologies and manufacturing capabilities.
Spanning 10,000 square meters, the new facility is the first fully automated polyurethane plant in the region, with an initial production capacity of 40,000 tons per year, set to expand to 60,000 tons in the next phase. BCI is pioneering sustainable manufacturing by integrating energy-efficient processes, recycling PET materials into insulation raw materials, and repurposing tires for industrial applications. The plant will serve industries such as automotive, HVAC, household appliances, and construction, supporting the Kingdom’s push for localized production.

Khaled Khayat, Managing Director of BCI Arabia, highlighted the company’s goal of achieving a 35–40% market share while expanding exports to regional markets. With this strategic investment, BCI is committed to driving sustainable growth, empowering local talent, and strengthening Saudi Arabia’s role as a manufacturing powerhouse.
