Spotlight: Riyadh Facility, Saudi Arabia

BCI's Riyadh facility spans an impressive 10,000 square meters within the Second Industrial City, establishing itself as the first fully automated polyurethane systems house and production facility of its kind in Saudi Arabia. Designed for efficiency and sustainability, it features advanced control systems that reduce waste, eliminate manual processes, and ensure consistent quality, setting a new benchmark for downstream chemical manufacturing in the Kingdom.

With an initial capacity of 40,000 tons of PU solutions and an expansion to 60,000 tons planned, the facility supports regional demand across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and beyond. It manufactures polyurethane systems for key sectors including construction, household appliances, footwear and adhesives for flexible packages, advancing local industrial capabilities and regional supply resilience.
